With more than 30 years of experience in death investigation, clinical, environmental
and occupational toxicology, Dr. William T. Lowry provides evaluations of both
occupational and environmental health problems. In addition to having extensive experience on state and federal regulatory boards and committees, he participated on the Committee pertaining to Fire Toxicity at the National Academy of Sciences, Washington, D.C. With years of university medical school faculty involvement with both teaching and research, evaluating and modeling human injury in the workplace has evolved into the utilization of Health Evaluation and Risk Assessment Protocols. These protocols are utilized in environmental risk assessment as well as for other environmental and occupational exposures.

Included in experience is 14 years of medical-legal work, two with the Federal
Bureau of Investigation (FBI), laboratory and Special Agent, and 12 with the
Dallas County Medical Examiner, Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences involving
death investigations. For 12 years, Dr. Lowry was included in the rotation
for on-call in emergency clinical toxicology at Parkland Hospital, Dallas, Texas.
During the past 20 years, Dr. Lowry has maintained a private practice in toxicology providing services to industry, insurance companies, city, state and federal governments, and the legal community. He has worked across the United States and Puerto Rico. Throughout these years in the field of toxicology, Dr. Lowry has adapted accepted methods for pre-marketing product testing, risk assessment modeling and testing, health evaluation modeling and testing, death investigation, and regulatory compliance.
